Hi, I'm Eileen 👋
I taught elementary music for 16 years — and got a late ADHD diagnosis right before year 13.
Oh, and I became a new mom (to twin boys!) that same year.
Also, pandemic. So… yeah. It was a lot.
For a long time, I kept looking for support and never finding it. Sound familiar?
If you're a neurodivergent teacher trying to make sense of work, home, and a brain that doesn’t follow the ‘norm,' you're not alone.
What I'm Doing Now
These days, I create tools and community spaces for late/self-diagnosed ND educators —
especially those navigating ADHD, autism, or both.
I’ve been learning everything I can from:
- Experts
- Coaching groups
- Podcasts
- Books
- …and fellow teachers like you
I care deeply about routines, executive function, and systems that actually work for our brains —
especially when you're juggling lesson plans, laundry, and life.
I Believe In:
- keeping it functional
- embracing the beautiful mess
- doing what works for you
- saving your energy for the good stuff (like why you started teaching in the first place)
Come Hang Out
